Description
Maida, also known as the white flour is one of the highly consumed products in the Indian subcontinent. It is finely milled without bran and further refined. It is extensively used for making baked goods such as cake, bread, traditional flatbreads, etc.
P Mark Maida is produced and manufactured by selecting the finest varieties of whole wheat and is packed under hygienic conditions untouched by the human hand. The manufacturing process is certified for health and hygiene safety standards as per ISO 22000 and 9001 norms.
P Mark Maida is made from the endosperm and it is developed from the starchy white part of the grain. The bran is separated from the germ and endosperm, which is then refined by passing through a sieve.
